For this work, I was inspired by the distinctive visual language of ancient Egypt. The powerful symbolism, rhythmic forms, and timeless compositions formed the foundation for a contemporary graphic interpretation. 
The artwork consists of six separate parts that together form a harmonious whole. Its graphic appearance, reminiscent of a screen print, was created through a combination of various drawing and painting techniques, along with digital photo editing.

In my work, I have detached the visual language of ancient Egypt from its original meaning and reinterpreted it through my own artistic perspective. Ancient symbols and patterns are given a new context, creating a connection between past and present.

Fragments of a Past is an autonomous graphic artwork in which the ancient inspiration of Egypt merges with my personal style, experimental techniques, and contemporary visual language.
