Sighișoara is a beautiful city in Transylvania. The city is situated on the Târnava River. It has played a significant role in history for Romanians, Hungarians, and Germans alike. There is plenty to read about it on Wikipedia. I found the beautifully colored houses and the somewhat weathered parts of the city particularly charming. The artwork "Window in Sighișoara" captures the atmosphere of the city as I experienced it.
